Do you offer upgrades?
Yes. We offer upgrades such as progressive and Rx. sun lenses as well as to premium brand name frames, which are included free of charge in some of our plans. All of our plans come standard with free single vision lenses as well as free UV, Anti-Scratch and Anti-Glare coatings.

Can I offer employees multiple benefit plan options?

What kind of customer support service do you provide?
We provide 24/7 customer support with an exceptionally quick response time by both phone and email. Our vision care experts are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of vision care as well as quick to get to the bottom of any issue that may arise.
Do you offer out-of-network reimbursement?
Yes. We offer out-of-network reimbursement. Your end customer can get their eye exams and pair of glasses from any provider. They just need to send us the invoice and we will reimburse them according to the rate of their benefit plan.
Do employees need to file their claims themselves?
If employees select their glasses from our website there is no need to submit any claim. If they choose to purchase out-of-network or seek reimbursement for their eye exam, they only need to email us the invoice. It’s that simple.
— Can my customers claim their benefits on their own?
Yes, we have built an extremely easy-to-use and intuitive customer interface that allows the customer to browse a wide selection of glasses and easily select their lenses. They can also easily submit their claims for reimbursement for any out-of-pocket expenses by simply emailing their invoices. We’re here with our 24/7 customer support to walk the customer through if any issue or question should arise.
What if my customer isn’t happy with their pair of glasses?
Not a problem. They just have to return their pair of glasses, no questions asked, and we will provide them with another pair.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All of our glasses come with a 365 day manufacturer’s warranty. This covers any possible defect in the frame or lens that can reasonably be attributed to the manufacturer’s responsibility and not a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling or improper use. We provide an easy and friendly process for returning and replacing glasses.
Are you an insurance company?
No. We are a vision benefit plan provider.
